New PSG signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic has said that he is already feeling at home at his new club due to the welcoming nature of his teammates. The 30-year-old Swedish striker is the latest big name to arrive at the club. Even though he is arriving at the club only for a transfer fee of around £ 20 million, Zlatan Ibrahimovic takes up his position as the highest earner in the club. His annual salary of just under £ 12 million also make him one of the highest earning footballers in the world. He is expected to provide PSG with the impetus to take on the best in the European Champions League.

The former AC Milan striker completed his move to the French club only a few days ago, while he joined with the new teammates in the United States. PSG are currently on a pre-season tour of the United States and will be taking on DC United. Carlo Ancelotti slightly to hand Zlatan Ibrahimovic his first appearance in a PSG shirt in the match against DC United. The former Inter Milan and Barcelona striker has said that he cannot wait to get started with his new teammates, who have been extremely helpful in helping him settle.

“After this training session [on Tuesday], I don’t think so. I am just going step by step. It’s still the pre-season, and I must regain my fitness. But I feel good, though I travelled today, so I’m a little tired. But I have been waiting for this day since signing to have my first session and meet my team-mates. I’m happy because this is a very nice group. I’ve been here less than a day and I feel I am already on the team because of them,” said Zlatan Ibrahimovic in one of his first interviews as a PSG player.
